Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and rezeki66 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the rezeki66 website, mobile-optimised interface, associated services and all content made available through the domainrezeki66.cam.

rezeki66 is an English-language casino and sports entertainment information platform operated under an internationally recognised licensing framework. The Platform provides game access, sports wagering information, payment guidance and related entertainment services primarily for eligible Malaysian adults.

By creating an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

• "Platform" — the rezeki66 website and all associated sub-pages, tools, features and services available at rezeki66.cam.
• "Account" — the registered profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Wager" — any stake, bet or entry placed on a game, sporting event or other eligible outcome through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free-spin equivalent credits or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account in connection with a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be played through eligible games before a withdrawal of related winings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process through which the Platform confirms a User's identity, age and payment details.

• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Eligibility

Access to the rezeki66 Platform is restricted to natural persons who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

1. You are aged21 years or above. Casino-style gambling activity on this Platform is strictly limited to adults meeting this minimum age requirement.
2. You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing an internationally licensed online casino and/or sports betting platform is not expressly prohibited by local statute.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, nominee or agent of any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any affiliated service.
5. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to applicable financial sanctions.
6. You are registering with accurate personal information and will not misrepresent your identity at any point.

Account Registration

Each eligible User may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of related balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, a valid email address and a contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time authentication codes with any third party. rezeki66 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

The Platform reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including prior to first withdrawal, at any subsequent withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Using any automated software, bot, script or algorithm to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping or other activity designed to distort game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unintended advantage.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code or proprietary logic from the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering or other financial crime purposes.
• Creating or accessing an Account on behalf of a third party or for the purpose of allowing a third party to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Publishing false, defamatory or misleading information about the Platform or its associated parties.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, reporting to relevant authorities and civil or criminal proceedings where applicable.

Deposits & Payments

rezeki66 supports a range of Eligible Payment Methods suited to Malaysian users. These include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC).

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name and registered to your verified identity. Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be subject to reversal. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Processing times are estimates only. Delays caused by banking system maintenance, e-wallet provider outages, public holidays in Malaysia or cryptocurrency network congestion are outside the Platform's direct control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

1. The Account has completed KYC verification, including identity, age and payment-method confirmation.
2. Any applicable Wagering Requirement attached to Bonus Funds credited to the Account has been satisfied.
3. The withdrawal amount falls within the current published minimum and maximum limits.
4. The withdrawal destination is the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or an otherwise verified method registered in the Account holder's name.
5. The Account is in good standing with no open security reviews, chargeback investigations or outstanding compliance flags.

Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow or FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network conditions.

The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceding threshold amounts. These checks may extend the stated processing times. Users will be notified of any delay via their registered contact details.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional offers and reward credits offered by rezeki66 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between campaign-specific terms and these general Terms, the campaign-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Account holders only. Accounts that have not completed KYC may be unable to withdraw bonus-related winings.
• Each promotion is available once per Account, household address, IP address, device and payment method unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be converted to real-money credit through satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering Requirements must typically be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not been converted within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live dealer tables, sports wagers, and certain slot categories may carry reduced or zero contribution rates as stated in the applicable promotion.
• rezeki66 reserves the right to withold, adjust or revoke Bonus Funds where there is reasonable evidence of promotional abuse, multi-accounting, collusion or breach of these Terms.

Gameplay & Wagering

All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer products, by physical dealing and spin mechanics broadcast in real time. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against individual users.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results. No wager guarantees a return of any portion of the staked amount.

For sports wagering, all bets are settled in accordance with the published rules applicable to each sport and market at the time the wager is accepted. The Platform reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, confirmed match-fixing, event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, or the provision of false information at the time of wager placement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rezeki66 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, promotional materials, game descriptions and structural layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of rezeki66 or its duly licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, adapting or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written consent from rezeki66.

Any feedback, suggestions or user-generated content submitted to the Platform may be used by rezeki66 for product improvement purposes without further obligation or compensation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rezeki66 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering activity, including losses exceding deposited amounts.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in third-party sports data, results feeds or game information.
• Delays in payment processing by banks, e-wallet providers or cryptocurrency networks operating independently of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where liability limitations are subject to statutory minimum requirements, the Platform's maximum aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

rezeki66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Platform policy.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Use of the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Failure to meet or maintain Account Eligibility requirements as set out in Clause 3.
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement instruction.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request via the support channel. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method, less any applicable fees, within the standard processing window. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rezeki66 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

The above does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence. Malaysian users should seek independent legal advice if they have concerns about the applicability of these Terms under Malaysian law.

Amendments

rezeki66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The "last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon written request.
